Services involve design and preparation of construction plans for water distribution systems, watermain extensions, dedicated firelines/fire hydrants and wastewater collection systems.

Roadway paving, grading & drainage design

Paving, grading and drainage plans are designed and prepared for parking lots and residential roadways with the appropriate type of pavement, grading and drainage needed to preserve the integrity and life cycle of the pavement.

Roadway pavement marking & signage plans

Pavement marking and signage plans are designed and developed to regulate and traffic safely for roadways and parking lot in accordance with MUTCD standards and other applicable state and local requirements.

Aviation Water & Sewer Infrastructure Design

Services involve design and preparation of construction plans for watermain extensions and sewer gravity (grease traps) infrastructure to support airport facilities located landside or airside.

Services involve design and preparation of paving, grading and drainage plans for aircraft aprons, taxilanes and taxiways in accordance with FAA Advisory Circulars and applicable airport design guidelines

Development of pavement marking and signage plans for aprons and airfields, including aircraft envelopes, taxiway markings, service roads, and signage per FAA and airport guidelines.

Apron gate optimization analysis

Apron gate optimization services involve the review and analysis of parked aircraft at gates to maximize the use of apron area and efficiently run aircraft operations (GSE) under safe conditions.

Aircraft parking & simulation analysis

Services focus on the simulation analysis to develop aircraft parking layouts that avoid potential conflicts with aircraft movements, PBB and fueling operations, fire access and wing-tip clearances in accordance with FAA guidelines.

Bikelane, pedestrian, bus shelter design

Services involve design and preparation of construction plans for access to new sidewalks, shared-use paths and green pavement colored bike lanes that will safely accommodate pedestrians and cyclists within roadway facilities.

Permitting

Construction cost estimating

Services consist in the preparation of rough order of magnitude (ROM) construction cost estimates for civil infrastructure projects by using RS means and historical cost data to identify and develop unit prices for work to be completed.
